Reporting into senior operational leadership, you will provide strategic and hands-on support to multiple village operations, driving performance, operational excellence, and service delivery across a diverse client base. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring the ability to influence at all levels, optimise operational outcomes, and ensure our sites consistently deliver safe, efficient and high-quality services.
Working across multiple locations, you will partner closely with Village Managers and functional leaders to strengthen capability, embed best practice, and deliver a seamless customer experience while balancing commercial, contractual and operational priorities.
Success in this role requires a leader who thrives in complex operational environments, has experience managing large-scale hospitality, accommodation, mining services or remote operations contracts, and can confidently navigate multiple stakeholders, clients and competing business demands.
Based in Perth, this role will involve regular FIFO travel to site, typically Tuesday through Thursday each week, providing direct operational support and leadership across our Western Australian villages.
In this role, you will:
- Lead operational performance across multiple village locations, ensuring service excellence, compliance and commercial outcomes.
- Provide coaching, guidance and support to Village Managers and site leadership teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted operational partner.
- Drive consistency, governance and operational standards across all sites.
- Partner with Finance, HSQE, IT, Retail Operations and other support functions to deliver business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and profitability.
- Support mobilisation, business growth initiatives and operational improvement projects as required.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety and continuous improvement.
Experience:
- Significant experience leading multi-site operations within accommodation, hospitality, resource sector services, facilities management or remote workforce environments.
- Proven success managing multiple contracts, clients and operational scopes simultaneously.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving financial and operational performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop geographically dispersed teams.
- A practical, solutions-focused leadership style with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Willingness to undertake regular FIFO travel across Western Australia.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Hospitality or Business qualification (desirable)
- Strong analytical capability for data and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised with strong project and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (moderate–advanced)
- Solutions-focused mindset with strong decision making & troubleshooting abilities
- High resilience, adaptability, and results orientation
