DeltaFM is currently seeking Casual HVAC'S/Refrigeration Techs to join our remote site operations across WA. Working within a strong safety-first culture, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing refrigeration and air conditioning equipment that supports accommodation facilities, kitchens, dining areas and village infrastructure.

THE POSITION
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Diagnosing faults, troubleshooting equipment and completing repairs safely and efficiently
- Conducting inspections, servicing and performance testing to ensure equipment reliability
- Maintaining cool rooms, freezers, split systems, package units and associated equipment
- Responding to breakdowns and maintenance requests within required timeframes
- Ensuring all work complies with site safety procedures and relevant industry regulations
- Working collaboratively with other trades including electrical, plumbing and maintenance teams
- Contributing to a positive safety culture where everyone is empowered to speak up and stop unsafe work
- Participating in on-call and call-out requirements where applicable
THE PERSON
To be successful, you will possess:
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Relevant Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Trade Qualification
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Trading Authorisation
- White Card
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- National Police Clearance within 12 months (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and Drug and Alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance and quality workmanship
- Experience in remote camp, facilities maintenance, commercial or industrial environments highly regarded
- Ability to work FIFO from designated airports or DIDO where applicable
