Join our dedicated DeltaFM team as a Maintenance Electrician/HVAC/Plumber, where you'll play a vital role in keeping remote village infrastructure running smoothly and safely.
THE POSITION
- Perform routine and breakdown maintenance across the village.
- Find and fix faults safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety, isolation, permit and LVR procedures.
- Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other trades, including HVAC, plumbing and painting teams.
- Promote a strong safety culture and speak up about unsafe work.
- Participate in on-call duties when required.
THE PERSON
- Current QLD Electrical Licence/
- Current QLD Plumbing Licence
- Gas Servicing Licence
- ARCTICK Licence
- Current CPR & LVR certification
- White Card
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- QBCC Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test
- Strong commitment to safety and quality work
- Experience in remote camps, facilities maintenance, or industrial/commercial environments is desirable
- Open to DIDO from Mackay, Rockhampton or Gladstone.
