What sets us apart is our 12-week replacement guarantee - if a placement doesn’t fit the rig or doesn’t last 12 weeks on roster, we replace them at no extra cost. We don’t recruit for other industries and we don’t do labour hire; every placement we make is on a rig. We also list roles via our job board (powered by JobAdder), helping drilling candidates browse live positions by method and roster preferences.
