About the Role
As the Site Support Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the Havieron Project. Reporting to the Superintendent Development, you will lead the delivery of site support services including camp and facilities management, logistics coordination, contractor management, waste management, critical site services, access road maintenance and site event coordination.
Working closely with the wider Business Services team and the Site Support Superintendent at Telfer, you will provide leadership to Havieron site support personnel and contractors, drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and operational requirements.
This position is offered on a permanent fulltime basis working an 8/6 roster FIFO from Perth.
As a Site Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Safety Management System ensuring a safety first work culture
- Supervising and directing catering and maintenance contractor tasks in camp, attending pre starts and toolbox meetings
- SAP and purchasing, management of logistics into and out of Havieron, liaising with freight contractors and warehousing,
- Waste management, collection, storage and transport of all waste materials from Havieron
- Camp and office building maintenance, identify faults and ensure buildings are compliant to relevant standards and operationally functional
- Supervision and direction for maintenance and functionality of camp associated support services including water, sewerage, power and fuel
- Coordination of access road maintenance
- HR compliant nominated driver for freight haulage and transport of personnel
- Conduct FCC’s and close out relevant Chess actions, conduct inspections and compliance of buildings for cyclone ratings
- Attend daily production meetings and liaise with external project partners
- Lead a team of Technicians and contractors – Providing a supportive and mentoring approach
- Drive the continuous improvement of systems, applications and processes to ensure Greatland maintains industry best practice
- Actively develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships within the context of the company strategy and focus on value creation opportunities
- Conduct regular in-field engagements and inspections to verify facilities teams’ compliance with safety, regulatory, quality and operational requirements, promoting a proactive culture.
- Organise the coordination and delivery of site events and site visits, ensuring smooth logistics and positive stakeholder/resident experiences.
About You
You are an experienced Site Support, Camp or Facilities Supervisor with a proactive approach to leadership and service delivery. You thrive in a dynamic site environment, enjoy working with a diverse range of stakeholders and are committed to maintaining safe, efficient and well-run operations. Additionally, you will have:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems for reporting, documentation, and operational management.
- Current C-Class manual driver’s license.
- Forklift ticket
- Food Safety Supervisor trained (or willing to obtain)
- Knowledge of safety management systems such as CHESS or INX.
- Proven experience in a similar operational, coordination, or hospitality/facilities management role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage credibly with site leadership, service providers, and community stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related discipline [desirable]

Havieron is a world-class gold-copper development project located 45km east of Telfer in the Paterson Province. Owned 100% by Greatland, Havieron has a multi-decade mine life and will utilise Telfer’s existing processing infrastructure. The project is supported by a significant regional exploration portfolio surrounding Telfer.
