Take ownership of the site’s Mining Geology function by leading the development and execution of the geology operating strategy. This includes resource infill planning, grade control programs, forecasting, reconciliation, and effective stockpile management.
You will establish, maintain, and drive compliance with geology operating procedures while providing strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the site-based Geology team. As a key member of the site leadership group, you will contribute to operational decision‑making and provide expert geological advice to the management team.
This role also oversees the development and management of operating and capital budgets for the Geology department. A commitment to maintaining exceptional standards in safety, health, hygiene, and environmental performance supported by proactive leadership is essential.
This is a site-based role. The work schedule consists of 8 days on followed by 6 days off.
