Reporting to the Logistics & Contract Manager, the Senior Contracts Advisor leads the sourcing, negotiation, formation and execution of purchase and services contracts for CSA Mine across maintenance, mining, civil works, logistics, capital equipment and consumables. The role carries primary responsibility for allocating and controlling commercial and contractual risk at the point of contract formation — shaping terms, drafting and negotiating conditions, and securing value-for-money outcomes within agreed time and budgetary parameters.
This is a senior, hands-on commercial role that owns the higher-value, higher-risk and more complex contracts in the CSA portfolio. The Senior Contracts Advisor sets contracting standards and templates for the site, provides technical leadership and mentoring to Contract Advisors and Coordinators, and acts as the senior commercial conduit between site-based teams and the broader Harmony Procurement and Supply Chain functions.
Roster:
This role is offered on split working locations onsite at CSA Mine and remote on a 5:2, 4:3-day FIFO/DIDO roster. FIFO travel is available from Brisbane or Sydney, and local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Local candidates will be offered a Monday-to-Friday, 5:2, 4:3-day roster.
